Steve Smith - Managing Director
Steve Smith is an accomplished financial executive and entrepreneur with an extensive history in driving corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and capital formation. Steve has played an instrumental role in both the procurement of debt facilities, and leading negotiations with target companies for acquisition.
With a career spanning over a decade, Steve recently served as CFO for Live Current Media, Inc. where he facilitated an RTO, raised substantial capital, and successfully closed 5 acquisitions. As Managing Director at Hustler Capital, LLC Steve demonstrates his keen expertise in mid market debt placement, strategic financing, and corporate restructuring, and ultimately getting transactions done.
Steve started his career at Wells Fargo as a financial analyst, managing a portfolio worth $500 million. Steve holds a BA in Accounting from the Eller Business College at the University of Arizona.
Maxwell Arnold - Senior Financial Analyst
Maxwell is a seasoned finance professional with a passion for early-stage companies. Maxwell attended the University of Surrey, studying accounting and finance. He then made the move from London to Utah, and has been involved in start-ups ever since. Maxwell has held roles as a Financial Analyst and most recently as a Finance Manager for a thriving start-up in Utah, deepening his experience and knowledge of the demands of early-stage companies.
Additionally, Maxwell consults with early-stage companies seeking to raise capital, supporting founders through all stages of the raise. Outside of work, Maxwell enjoys spending time in the mountains, or deep in canyons with his family.
Pahradice Deliz - Controller
Pahradice is a Controller who holds a BA in Accounting with over 23 years of experience working in the corporate sector. She has over 15 years experience in management, M+A , and audits. She started her career in NYC and has been in CA for the past 10years. She has extensive experience in company integrations, managing annual and quarterly audits as well as full accounting department functions. She’s managed and has been a key member of multiple acquisitions. She specializes in implementing software automation to mitigate inefficiencies, improve policy & procedures and building solid teams.
Ayantu Bonaya- Financial Analyst
Ayantu is a financial analyst, well-experienced in M&A transactions and capital raises. Ayantu launched her career at Live Current Media as an Executive Assistant to the CFO, where she played a key role in supporting the executive team: helping navigate the successful acquisition of six companies; several public audits; and raising both equity and debt facilities. She later joined Hustler Capital LLC as a Financial Analyst, leveraging her analytical skills, assiduous diligence, and strong work ethic to manage transactions from start to finish, contributing to the firm’s growth and success. She earned her BS in Business Economics with a Finance minor from University of California San Diego.
